Suggest Treatment For Viral Fever
hello i am prakash .i am suffering from fever.when evening starts my fever increases and when day appears my fever decreases.but sometimes in day times my fever increases.i am weak .i start to eat soup but i am unable to eat because i don t have any mood to eat any food .I have consult doctor over here but the told its nothing just a viral fever .....if you have any suggestion to me please do not hesitate to tell me ............thanks...........i am waiting for yours result..........

Presuming that you are a patient of viral fever . When such type of patient visit , I usually prescribe them paracetamol 650 mg twice in day for 5-7 days assuming that patient don't have any other symptoms except fever . As you mentioned that you are feeling very weak and loss of appetite I prescribe syrup containing ( cyproheptadine+ sorbitol+ tricholine hydrochloride ) for anorexia ( loss of appetite) and tablets proton pump inhibitors like pantoloc- D once or twice in day for 5-7 days with paracetamol.
