Suggest Treatment For Vertigo

I have vertigo , had a bout with it this afternoon lasted about 10 minutes , when it finished my entire body shook uncontrollably ( as in I could do nothing) and i hit the floor hard enough to make my left leg and arm go numb for almost an hour. Any ideas as to what happened ??

might be having postural hypotention. and ataxia due to problem in pons.this generally CNS involvement.excludemdiabetes and peripheral neuritis having loss of sensory. controloversole.
