Suggest Treatment For Vertigo Inspite Of Using Medicines

hello Doctor,
My grandfather is 76 years old and is suffering from vertigo for the last 20-30 years. He keeps getting his vertigo attacks from time to time but for the last 3 months, he is suffering from it continuously. He is currently on medication. Our doctor prescribed Vertin for his sickness but it has not helped him.
What would you suggest us Doctor?
Thank you
