Suggest Treatment For Vertigo And Vomiting

I get Vertigo from time to time, it scares me. I vomit a lot, for hours. I saw a few doctors (ears, neurologist, balance lab- the chair) and nobody really has a cure.
What else can I do? Was twice in the ER and they gave me Meclezene and something else for the nausea - no help there. Only Valium stops things but I don't like to take it. I loose a day with every episode.
Had physical therapy for balance, helped some but didn't take it away completely.
Is there anything else I haven't done yet?

Hi!
I really appreciate your concern, hopeful of resolving it.
Apparently you are suffering from a condition known as benign positional vertigo or vestibular neruonits responsible for the vertigo and vomiting.
Take betahistine tablets twice daily for 2 weeks then check the response.
if vomiting is severe Tab Ondansetron is effective
