You have feelings of sickness and vomiting on bending down or on standing after sitting for some time. Such type of symptoms should be evaluated properly. Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), Postural hypotension etc are common conditions that should be ruled out. Visit an otolaryngologist for proper evaluation. Table tilt test can help to rule out the condition and possibility of syncope. For postural hypotension measurement of BP in lying down position and then in standing position is done. For such symptoms medicines like Betahistine, Cinnarizine, Dimenhydrinate combination etc are used. These drugs help to reduce the symptoms of vertigo and dizziness.
