Suggest Treatment For Vertigo And Diarrhea

Last week I felt a little off, tired, somewhat mildly upset stomach. This week, I feel like my legs are wobbly, like I am weak. A bit of vertigo.. feels funny....been like this for 3 days...my radiobrachialis of both arms are sore...my neck is sore.... Do I need to go to the doctors?

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
With the history of tiredness, upset stomach, sore muscles of forearm and neck and other symptoms are suggestive of viral infection. Hence you should consult your Doctor to see if this is viral or some other problems by clinical examination, evaluation and relevant investigations of blood and others.
This will give probable diagnosis so that you can be sure about and will be started with appropriate management, symptomatic treatment for the problems and definitive management like antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications as needed.
Take rest, plenty of oral fluids to maintain hydration.
