Suggest Treatment For Vertigo Accompanied By Tinitus
I have been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis recently and undergoing a week course on physiotherapy.I started having vertigo about 3 months back, later it was accompanied by tinitus, i consulted ENT and had my ear checked, i was given clean chit from ENT side. But , i still have mild tinitus present which can be identified only after concentrating for some time or when i am in a closed room with no noise. Recently i developed neck pain and consulted an orthopedic and he diagnosed me with cervical spondylosis. I am undergoing a week course on physiotherapy now. My concern is whether the vertigo and tinitus is associated with cervical spondylosis or do i need to worry about some other possibilities?

vertigo and tinnitus r not related to cervical spondylosis.
u may be having minieres disease ( not a serious one ) where no pathology is found clinically.
learn and practice apply's manoeuvre for vertigo.
and for tinnitus if severe use tinnitus maskers
