Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Ventricular ectopies are actually a common type of rhythm disturbances. There are other drugs available or you can ask your doctor to reduce the dosage of cordarone.

My advice to you is -

1. You must have been undergone holter monitoring. If your doctor has told you that there are no dangerous rhythms and only VPCs then it's actually a relieving news and medication dosage can be reduced. But we have to see your holter report.

2.There are other medications available including B-blockers and calcium channel blockers which can be used in VPCs which are devoid of side effects. Ask your doctor about that drugs.

3.Another option is to reduce the dosage of cordarone because it has many side effects including alterations of thyroid levels. So kindly check your thyroid levels.

4.You can use esapgul or liquid cremaffin for constipation until your doctor change your medicines.

Thank you.
Have a nice day.
