Suggest Treatment For Vascular Dementia

My husband was diagnosed with vascular dementia 6 1/1 years ago he is now 63. He suffered a TIA and a massive seizure 3 1/2 years ago. What are the chances that he will suffer more seizures in the near future. What kind of a life expectancy can I expect?

A 1 : The chances of more seizures in near future are high. Hence he has to be on Anti Convulsants (these are drugs which prevent or reduce seizures)

Q 2 : What kind of a life expectancy can I expect?
A 2 : With Proper treatment, Life expectancy will be good.
