My Primary Opinion- In My opinion, in the given situation you seem to suffer from-Petechial haemorrhages-which could be mostly from -blood clotting deficiency / or could be from vit C deficiency with capillary fragility/ or could be from Vit K deficiency / or could be from Liver diseases undetected. This is because-of following reasons- a-The medicines prescribed like-horse chest nut,which is usually used in Varicose Veins. b-In your case the bruising on hands/ arms with bleeding is not from Varicose Veins, but from other reasons which are discussed above. This is because Varicose Veins are very rare on the hands / and arms, and its very rare for them to bleed,as is complaint in your case. b- Do s Suggested- Reply to specific question from you- Q-1-Horse Chestnut and found that it could increase bruising. Ans-Horse nut is suggested as un-conventional remedy,which is known to strengthen the collagen weakness in venous walls by inhibition of enzyme elastase, which dissolves the collagen fibres giving elasticity to vein walls.
