Suggest Treatment For Varicocele

hi im 23 yrs old and i was diagnosed of having grade 3 left varicocele almost 2yrs ago..and then i just ignore since ive read mens w/ varicocele but dont have problems on conceiving babies.. but now since im getting older i was getting worried that i might face infertility problems on future.. it gives me pain but not really painful... and can someone tell that his sperm are normal by just visualizing it.. i always observe my sperm but i think theres no change should i have sperm analysis first before getting surgery... or getting surgery after marriage and leave the varicocele for a while

hi.

noted history of varicocoele. it is best if you do a follow-up consult with a doctor, preferably a urologist, with regards to your concern and for proper clinical evaluation. diagnostics such as ultrasound and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly. you will also be advised re sperm analysis and fertility concerns accordingly.
