Suggest Treatment For Valve Regurgitation

My wife is suffering from Palpitations. On Echo test, it came out that she had valve regurgitation.. We consulted a heart specialist... He said nothing to worry about and just asked us to avoid pressure.. Is this right or does she need to take some medicine?

Cardiac Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,
As long as your doctor has suggested nothing it means that the valve regurgitation is not important. So simply make periodical controls on echocardiography.
Best regards,
Dr. Ermal
