Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Odour And Discharge Despite Taking Medications

Vagina smells like fart. I had chlamydia and I went to an std clinic and was treated. I also had BV and took metronidazole. The smell went away but I still had discharge. I went back and forth 3 times because the smell and discharge was still coming back after my period.it is making me super upset

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. As you have taken antibiotics your normal flora of vagina will be disrupted. Yeast infection might coexist also. It is better to go for a swab test to rule out that. A pelvic examination should be carried out to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease also. For such case i would recommend combination of antibiotic like clindamycin and antifungal like clotrimazole as vaginal suppository or as oral tablet. Using intimate wash regularly will be helpful to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH also.
