Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Infection

Hi Doctor First I apologize for my bad English. My history is a little bit complicated. My wife is suffering from a vaginal infection and under treatment. My wife treatment is finished approx one month before. Prescribed medicine for my wife is - 1. Metronidazole 400mg 15 days( 2 times) 2. Fluconazole 1 tab per week (5 week) 3. Doxy 100 2 times 15 days 4. Pantoprazole1 tab daily and for me 1. augmentin 2.metronidazole 400 (2 times 5 days) 3. pantoprazole flucanazole 150 (1 Tab, 3 weeks). Before this i have already taken some medicine prescribed by a Physician due to unknown type of infection just started. My penis head becomes red and very small red pimples type occours on the covering skin also. I have used a kamasutra condom at night and next day when i am washing my penis it looks some dead skin on the penis head and after little rub it removed but it becomes red and looks like there is no safe skin. I immidiatly consult the doctor and he suggest the below medication. After 15 to 20 days of precaution period during intercourse my condom teard and i am direct contact with my wife but the medication for my wife was stopped by her doctor and remarked she is cure. But same condition occours on my penis. my doc suggest same medicine. After a long time i few days before i masturbate and again same condition occoured. i applied only both cream and symptoms disappears. Currently 2 days before i feel some itching on my penis mouth and yesterday i try to see and found some dark red type skin in urinating area(Means Penis Internal pass) and some reddish pimple on penis mouth and very itchy. I am afraid what happend to me please suggest. I have no another sexual relation. One of my friend suggest me to take AF kit. White discharge problem of my wife is not gone. Discharge is like solid curd. Below medicine i have already taken - 1. Aciclovir 400 (3 times 15 days) 2. Ebast 20 3.Aziwok Cef ( Cefixime + Azithromycin)2 times 1 week 4. Aciclovir cream 5. Cloben G Cream Mix both cream for application on red itchy area. Please suggest me soon. Regards

In order order to help you, I I will tell you the possible diagnoses for you.
First you need to know, that you have been treated with accurate medicines. However, there are some diagnosis which are out of the sexual relation context, that must be taken in count.

Those pimples that turn with no skin like ulcer could be Simple Herpes lesions. It is really common but to make finish diagnosis it is necessary to do a Tzanck test first. In a general way, It consist and take material from the lesions and look them at microscope.

I also recommend you to do do some test, like VDRL, blood general test (hematology), and glucose preparando all (before taking breakfast, at first hour in the morning) because high level of glucose in blood, can cause similar lesions in genitals. Then you could visit an urology specialist, to check if everything is Good. Or bring your labs results to this this website again to check them.
