Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Infection
I am a virgin and single (20 years male), I noticed yellow tiny dots on my underwear from last 2 monthns, no itching, no pain. In the first month it smells so bad but after I take antibiotics, there is no smell. I am so much worried about it . Please help me.

it seems that there might be having some infection on the part giving this problem.
Important is to keep local hygiene clean and dry particularly during period.
Clean your local parts with clean water while taking shower.
Wear cotton inner wears.
