Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Infection Along With UTI

My dr. Said I had BV.So I m taking metronidazole 500mg 2x a day. I only have 3 pills left. I started having increased pain & asked for something else. So she started me on clindamicin cream 1 time at night & I ve taken it 2 nights now.She said to finish the metronidazole. Meanwhile I asked for meds for a UTI while waiting the culture they sent out.My pain was severe!!!She gave me nitrofurantoin mono/Mac 100 mg caps it seemed to take the edge off the pain almost right away, but that last night when I took my first pill I started having pain under my arm,but where my heart is. It s like a pinching or burning feeling.Today I took my second pill & the pain has been there all day.Idk what I should do? Is this a normal side affect?Should I keep taking all these meds?Should I just stop the last one that seemed to be the start of the pain?Any ideas?Thanks so much !

U must take Metronidazole 500 mg x 2 for 7 days in toto to treat BV.
Nitrofurantoin is known to cause gastritis and gatric upset. Either u can add Pantoprazole 40 mg once or twice a day in empty stomach to reduce burning sensation in stomach, or u can change the drug itself to another culture sensitive drug.
