Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy
I m 7&half months pregnant and this morning I woke up not feeling to well so I tried using the restroom. Did not work so I watched t.v then I felt really sick so I hurried back to the restroom where I began committing blood. I wiped my nose & blood was on the tissue. Should I be concerned?
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding from the vagina at 71/2 months of pregnancy can be due tolow placenta( plplacenta previa), abruptio placenta , local lesions in cervix or vagina or idiopathic( no cause found). However, the bleeding from the nose can be due to excessive congestion in nose, which is common in pregnancy or due to some other lesion in the nose, or could be due to blood disorder. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health. Dr Deepti Verma
