Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Bleeding And Tear After Intercourse
my boyfriend and i were having sex and he went in at a wierd angle and tore my vagina under the lip and to the side of the hole. it hurt really bad and started bleeding alot. I dont have money to go to the doctor but do u think i need stitches or should i just let it heal by itself?

If this is your first experience of intercourse, it is likely that your hymen might have been torn. If so, nothing need be done for it.
However, if you are used to sexual intercourse for quite time, your hymen was already torn way back and this is tear of vagina which is bleeding, you need to have surgical intervention without delay. Unrepaired tear will keep on bleeding, get infected and remained a painful scar lifetime. This will not only spoil your sexual life but may become problem in childbirth also. Sometimes, the tear extends high up in the abdomen also. In such cases, the serious aftermaths may happen.
Please do not ignore. Rush to the Gynaecologist ASAP. Let him/her examine you and decide whether you need suturing of the wound. Mostly you will require surgical repair of the tear.
