Suggest Treatment For Uterine Contractions During Pregnancy

I m 38weeks pregnant and have been having alot of braxton hickes recently. Well I just woke up feeling a little but more pressure in my cervix/uterus than normal. Well 5 minds after I woke up I had a weird pop noise come from my cervix thn my vagina made a noise like it farted n some air came out. Is this ok considering the contractions are very random and don t grow closer or more painful. But the babys been moving alot and I can t tell whether or not its time to go to the hospital or not. I haven t had a bloody show or lost my mucus plug (at least that I know of). I m very nervous because the baby if breech butt down and the placenta is slightly blocking my cervix. What should I do?

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion as you have crossed 38 weeks and you are term you might be landing in labour pains at any time.So as you have frequent pains its better to get examined by the doctor to check for any cervical changes. But nothing to worry.Check for the fetal movements .
