Suggest Treatment For Urinary Retention With History Of Encephalitis

I had viral Encephalitis in 1984 when I was 37 . All other symptons vanished except for retention of urine , incontinence and a poor bladder control . I have lived with it . Now USS has detected thickening of bladder ( 5.2 Cms ) , Prostrate 50 gms , and cyst in left kidney ( 2.5 *2.5 Cms ) . Action and solutions requested and a doc in Delhi
