Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read the urine test and i will explain what needs to be done.

The presence of the puss cells abundand means it is an urinary tract infection. The presence of the proteine it might correlate with the infection, but after the treatement she will need to do another urine test to see if the proteins persist or not.

-there are a lot of antibiotics that can be used for an UTI (ciprofloxacine, bactrime ect) and she will need to check up with her physician to take the prescription for the antibiotics.

Meanwhile she can help her urinary tract to get clean with these advices:
-have plenty of liquids,2-3 liters per day
-fresh fruit juice, especially cranberry juice or orange juice
-chamomile tea or rose tea,1 cup per day
-don't hold the urine for long
-urinate always just after having sex

In few words.
-She needs to help the urinary tract with the advice that i gave.
-check up with the physician to start the antibiotics
-do an urine test after the treatement. If the proteins persist on the urine and there are no traces of infection, she should consult a nephrologyst.

If you have any other question, feel free to ask me.
