Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence

during the test of my urine one week before, 2-4 pus cells hpf reported in medical report. currently i have the issue of drops of urine continuously. on the recommendation of doctor, i am taking Novidate 500 mg two times daily but still issue persist. kindly suggest any solution regards

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to Excesssive Alcohol, caffine and sweet use
Blood pressor medication, Urinary tract infection, Enlarged prostate
Obstruction of the urinary tract by stone and tumour, Neurological disorder
Consult the urologist and do the following test:
Blood sugars, urea, creatinine, Cystoscopy and Cystogram, CBC, ESR
Doctor will give following advises:
Following are the treatment
Bladder training, Double voiding, Scheduled toilet every 3-4 hours, Avoid alcohol and caffeine and do regular Pelvic floor exercise.
Drugs like Oxybutynin, Mirabegran and Tamsulosin can be helpful
Other treatment will depend on the specific cause.
