Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence

Good Day Doc, I m Marvin, 30years old from Philippines. Right now we encountered a cold weather since December last year. Because of this weather, I encountered a frequently urinating every night, this is abnormal for me, but there s no problem or pain during the urine flowing. The most question for me, everytime after my pleasure s ejaculation/masturbation there s a pain on my left part, i can t determined the exact internal location on that organ or gland, but i m sure that is not a part of testis and penis.

Good Day Dear ,

The area of pain you suggested is the left ureter. There might be some blockage or calculus in there.

I would advise my patient with such complaints, to do a USG of KUB.
To help with your pain you can take Diclophenic Sodium 50mg everytime you feel pain.

Wish you Good health
