Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence

Hello, I am having a constant urge to urinate though very little comes out, a few drops if any. Symptoms: It does not hurt when I urinate. The color is normal and does not have a strong odor. It does not taste sweet. My right kidney has a dull sensation letting me know it is there and doing extra work. I would not call it a pain but it is noticeable. The left kidney is fine. I am having hot/cold flashes with profuse sweating. I am an avid sweater but this is not normal. I just took my temperature and it is 99.8º. This ailment started this afternoon after lunch. I went for a bicycle ride and this dilemma overcame me. On the way home I had dry heaves and then threw up several times. I have been drinking water (~ 2L) to help restore my fluid levels. I took a hot bath. Health history: I am a white Caucasian male, age 56, 5’11” height, and 220+ lbs. weight. Though I am overweight, I am usually quite healthy. I live alone. I drink alcohol upon occasion, perhaps weekly. My bowel movements are fine. I had a sinus infection several weeks ago and took amoxicillin/clavulanic acid (845 mg tablets) twice a day for ten days. I had a kidney stone twenty years ago from overdosing on vitamin C. I have not had any problems since. I don’t have any other health concerns of which I am aware other than the obvious weight issue. I don’t know if drinking water was such a good idea. As I write this I am constantly going to the restroom and I can feel myself getting bloated. The right kidney has become a little more sensitive like it is full but can’t empty. It is worse when I sit. Please advise. Thank you. Robert Carney

just relax don't worry, In my opinion at your age there is a possibility of increase in size of prostrate which may cause urinary obstruction symptoms like you are experiencing.
Because of urinary obstruction there is back pressure on kidneys which may give heaviness feeling at kidney area.
In this type of situation I suggest my patients ultra sonogram of kidneys and prostrate.
you should avoid taking too much fluids and consult your urologist who may start some medications.
