Suggest Treatment For Uric Acid And Cholesterol Problem

I am a male of 39 years residing at west bengal, I am suffering from uric acid & cholosterol problem very few days, but now I am suffering from fatty liver, I am also feeling some pain in chest at sleeping time in last few months, pl suggest what I can do now, because I am from very poor family

I have gone through your query.If your cholesterol level and uric acid level is high in spite of measures like diet and life style changes then medication is necessary.If LDL and Triglycerides are high then i advise statins like Atorvastatin or rosuvastatin and fenofibrate.If Only LDL high then i advise only statins.For uric acid i advice Allopurinol as long term therapy.It is better to have an ECG to rule out any cardiac problems as a high uric acid and cholesterol can leads to ischemic heart disease.Hope this may help you.
