Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
For the upper respiratory tract infection, you can take a course of antibiotics like Azithromycin or Ampoxin(if you are not allergic). For the cough you syrup tusQ-dx or syrup grilinctus every 8-12 hours. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation to reduce the congestion.
I hope I have answered your query, take care.

Hello
I share your concern
At the outset I would like further information for better assessment of the condition like
Are you running fever?
Is your cough is productive one or dry cough?
Your age and relevant medical history

In my opinion you should take a cough syrup and decongestant drug as well nasal spray.

Do take steam inhalation and gargling with warm saline water or antiseptic mouth wash.
Deep breathing exercises
You can take honey with ginger juice as a home remedy
Multivitamin supplements with complex and vitamin C is also recommend

Please write back to me for follow up question, I will gladly answer you
Best wishes
