Suggest Treatment For Upper Neck Muscle Pain And Stiffness

I woke up 5 weeks ago, with a very tight, painful muscle on the right side of my upper neck. For approximately ten days was unable to move my head at all from side to side. The first night, the pain through the full back side of head was nearly unbearable. The stiffness and neck pain (goes from one side to another and through my head) has lessened a great deal at this time, but is still present. There has been some dizziness and some difference in vision as well.
