Suggest Treatment For Umbilical Hernia

i have a unbilitical hernia and another hernia above my unbilical due to pregnancies. i wanted to get surgery, but doctor told me if im not done having babies dont do surgery. my stomach is so gross though. im dieting & i feel like my stomach area is doing nothing & that ugly hernia bulges out. what can i do to shrink it or hide it while im losing weight? thanks

Usually elective surgeries are avoided during pregnancy that too in first trimester.
Some of the surgeries can be done during 2nd trimester if absolutely necessary.
umbilical hernia during pregnancy may get reduced after delivery and need not require any treatment unless complicated.
So, follow your doctor's advice and do not do any thing unnecessary /harmful thing to hide it.
