Suggest Treatment For Ulnar Neuropathy With Diabetes

I am having Ulnar neuropathy as detected from nerve conduction study. I have diabetes over last 7-8 months. I have diabetes history in my family. My right elbow to fingers are suffering, it seems one nerve /nerves are blocked. Will you help me Doctor by suggesting ..........

Neuropathy are common in patients of diabetes
Especially those with long standing diabetes
In fact it develops in all diabetics within 5 years usually

I wish you had mentioned the symptoms as well.
That would have told me more.

You can try a course of pregabalin and methycobalamin.
This may help you in reducing the symptoms
And of course control sugars well
