General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about 75 years old suffering from Alzheimer's, accidentally ingested dettol, vomited maximum but developed ulcers in esophagus, has breathing problems and currently on ventilator.
Since the patient is on ventilator, means he is serious and the treatment will be as per the condition of the patient.
The first thing would be to save life.
Upper GI Endoscopy will tell us the extent of the severity of the throat, mouth and esophageal problems directing us for the further management.
