General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your diagnosed Ulcerative colitis I am suggesting that you do the following test

Colonoscopy
Complete blood count
Abdominal x-ray

In view of this please see a gastroenterologist specialist with the results and for further resection of the Ulcerated area as well as adequate drug prescription

Concerning your mild hemorrhoid with experience of a hard stool I will oblige you to do the following

Take antibiotic
Multivitamin
Hematinics
Sits birth

I hope this helps Regards
