SIR MY SISTER IS SUFFERING FROM FEVER SINCE LAST 4 DAYS AND IT IS SAID THAT IT WAS TYPHOID .SHE ALSO HAD SWOLLEN LYMPH NODE ON THE SIDE OF THE NECK .SHE WAS GIVEN THE AKT -3 MEDICATION.BUT SHE IS SUFFERING FROM SEVERE HEAD ACHE AND SOMETIMES VOMITING.AND HER BEHAVIOUR CHANGES WHEN SHE HAS HEADACHE,LIKE SPEAKS SOMETHING FEWER WAS 104 AND SHE HAS GIVEN OFLAXACIN FOR 3 DAYS AND HER hb% is 7 SO SHE IS GIVEN IRON SUPPLEMENT AS INJECTION FORM . CANT ABLE TO MAKE HER CURE WHAT SHOULD WE DO .

With what you are describing malaria is a very valid possibility considering that her hemoglobin has gone low.
I would recommend that you should take her to emergency and she may require antimalarials like artemether/lumefantrine combination.
