Suggest Treatment For Typhoid Infection And Enlarged Spleen

Hi. I am suffering from thypiod fever from last 3 weeks. Now my pletelet was increased from 92 lac to 2.12 lac but still have thypiod in 2nd blood test report now doc had given me cefipower antibiotics for 1week. Can my thypiod will recover with this medicine now. In ultrasound my spleen size is enlarged approx 14.69 cm.

For typhoid infection you can take some antibiotic like cefadroxyl or ofloxacine after an expert opinion along with calpol or akilos-p for high grade fever. You can take some multivitamins like metilda-forte or meganeuron-plus with pan-d or omez-d empty stomach. It will take at-least 5-7 days to recover completely.
