Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He has throat cancer. Treatment depends on type, stage and spread of tumour. So first of all he should go for biopsy to know exact type and grade of tumour. Then he should take treatment accordingly. In late stage surgery will not help. Palliative radiotherapy or chemotherapy can be given depending on spread. Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
