My 12 year old son is having trouble breathing. He has seasonal allergies but it s NOT wheezing. There is a hollow noise coming from his throat, he says it feels like his air is going down a different way and he has to consciously swallow and try to breathe so it goes into his lungs. He was talking and got out of breath, but overall was ok. I don t know whether to go to urgent care or wait for the pediatrician in the morning.
