hi im 24 year old.the result of my urinalysis pale yellow,pus cells many,mucus threads many,epithelial cells many,trichomonas vaginalis 0-2hpf,protein negative,how serious trichomonas vaginalis,i discharge mostly and it smell stinky.what i going to do?
