Suggest Treatment For Tremors In My Chest

I get tremors in my chest that feel like afib of the heart. It comes and goes at any time during the day and night. There is no pain but it is scary and unpleasant. I have just recovered from an ulcer. What is this? My heart doctor says it is not my heart.
