General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, If it was the frenular artery that was damaged then it cannot be rejoined after so much time. It is likely that you might get minor tears when you expose the organ to trauma. You should give it some rest and it should complete its healing and see a Urologist who could repair the skin tag in the area to prevent the tears from recurring.
All the best and take care,
Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
