As per your query you have tonsillitis which is causing pain in throat and spreading it to other body parts, I would suggest you to consult ENT Specialist as you will require thorough evaluation.You should take combination of antibiotic along with decongestants. You need anti-inflammatory medication as well. You should incorporate some lifestyle changes like avoid spicy, fried and oily food. Avoid cold beverages. Get adequate rest and do salt water gargles several times a day. Drink plenty of water to keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration. Drink Warm liquids like tea or warm water with honey.
