Suggest Treatment For Tobacco Addiction

Hi, I am 37 year old and am addicted to chewing guthka. This habit is for past 8 years, I started chewing gutkha as an alternative to smoking which I did for 5 years prior to this habit. I consume 6-7 pouches in a day. Although I do not have a strong urge of chewing but occasionally my mouth feels empty, the major issue is that of chewing in the toilet where I am unable to freshen up without this aid. I strongly feel that if I could go to toilet without having gutkha then I would easily be able to quit it once and for ever. Pls advise.
