Suggest Treatment For Tiredness , Muscle Pain And Joint Pain

I just recently visited my Dr. I am very tired, chronically tired, muscles hurt, bones hurt. joints give out and I stumble. Vision problems, some fainting spell. CBC with Diff shows WBC 13.7, Granulocyte 79, Absolute Gran 10.8, Lymph% 12. From the results, some of which are on the high side, some on the low, what concerns should I discuss with my Dr?
