Suggest Treatment For Tiredness And Pain In The Head

My three-year-old daughter bumped her head on the wall. After a while she started complaining that her head hurt on the inside and when she did it and one of the ice pack after we gave her the ice pack and she still is complaining and head pain and now she s tired and said she feels fine and he recommendations

Thanks for posting on HCM
Head pain after an impact is common and will go away progressively.Feeling tired may just be due to the stress that accompanied the pain.I will suggest:
-Enough rest
-Let her eat well
-Give her a pain/anti-inflammaory drug like ibumol
-You may also continue with ice packs if pain intense
If symptoms persist, you see the Doctor for evaluation and a brain scan if need be.
