My daughter has a small problem with her feet. Small tiny homes with black inside. No pain but a slight odor. I think it s a type of bacteria as she s constantly in sandals and works in a restaurant where the floor is very dirty Thank you for your help but I just realize there is a fee involved. I m from canada. Have a great night!

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history your daughter is having planter warts.
My treatment advice is -
1. Wear loose footwear to avoid pressure on the affected part.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Apply a salicylic acid plus lactic acid lotion like Salactin paint on the lesions once at night.
4. Other treatment options are oral levamisole, zinc taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
MBBS, DDVL.
