Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus

i have had tinnitus for about 5 years....lately, it has been getting worse, louder ringing than the hissing i did have....started to get bad about one week ago, l dont know what triggered it...did nothing out of the ordinary....my question is what specialist would i see who might be able to help?...i sleep only because i take 1 or 2 gms of lorazapam at bedtime...i also have the trt mp3 player with the audio sounds i have been using...do i see a neurologist, a otologist..???? i recently saw a female ent doc and all she did was talk about tinnitus to me....i could have told her that myself....wasted my time and money...i would appreciate any advice you can give me.....
