I am 41 years old and work hard at a very hard outside job as of now my left arm never stops tingeling like its asleep all the time from my finger tips to my shoulder and also after a short period of time my ankles go to swelling real bad and my hands swell also can u help me

I really appreciate your concern, it may be due to cervical spine degenerative disease but it can be sure unless you did the MRI till then condition may be said to be nonspecific, some time may be due to poor posture or uneven movement, hope this information helps.
