Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In The Clitoris

I have been experiencing tingling in my clitoral region and have also had a feelimg as if I need to urinate for the past two days. I have recently had a new sex partner and waswondering if they two could be linked. I also have been lying in the tanning bed without clothing and was wondering if I should be worried about this being a UTI?
