Suggest Treatment For Tingling Sensation In Testicles
hi I am 25 male 5'9" 190lbs I recently had a second Scrotal Ultrasound and there was a solid dark spot where I feel a lump on my testicle. The lump is between a BB size and a pea size. I see my Urologist next week but have been reading online and was wondering if I have testicular cancer? It started with a bacterial infection. I was referred from my family doctor to Urologist for Epydidymitis. Infection is no longer present according to lab work. Tingling still there. Also I had my gallbladder removed last summer.

The Scrotal ultrasonography with a Dark spot can be anything that the Radiologist must have commented upon.
If the black spot is in the testicle, this can be a Cancer.
The only sure-shot treatment is Orchidectomy.
IF there is Epididymitis, you can get a ;long antibiotic treatment and see the results for at least 3 weeks. IF there is no response one can go for surgery.
Tingling may be due to psychological factors associated with such problems. '
