Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

I read carefully your MRI scan report and it seems that your symptoms are related to a pinched nerve, in the cervical portion of the spinal cord, right where it leaves the spine to travel through the arm. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with a spinal surgeon. Surgery may be needed.
Holding a cervical collar can help improve your situation.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
