Suggest Treatment For Tingling And Numbness In The Shoulders

I hit my head fairly hard today and shortly after felt tingling and numbness in my shoulders, arms and fingers occasionally. I have no signs of classic concussion symptoms. Also my hand shook while trying to write. Is this related and could it be a mild concussion?

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
Yes,this may be brain concussion but also there may be cervical spine injury so you should do CTscan of cervical spine to.rule out fracture or disc hernia which may be serious condition.
I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
