Suggest Treatment For Tightness In The Neck And High Blood Pressure
I am suffering from a tightness of the neck on the right side. I am also having a high pulse rate of 120 sometimes more and high blood pressure. I am also lightheaded and dizzy. I have been to the doctor and my chest x-ray and ECG came out normal all except my Ca which was 10.6. What is going on?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have tightness in the neck and high blood pressure . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like cervical spondylosis , cervical radicculopathy , muscle spasm or angina . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist first to rule out more serious condition . Doctor may order troponin t test along with ECG , TMT and complete blood profile . Doctor may prescribe isosrbide nitrate , betablockers , sedative or aspirin . Doctor may also refer you to orthopedic surgeon for bone and muscle problem . For now apply warm compresses to neck , take proper rest and lower your salth consumption .
